Blah

Feeling tired & flat at the moment - fighting off a cold. Another 60mins on the bike this morning in the gym - 25.46kms. Resting before Sunday's long freaking ride...

I can almost hear the excitement in Portrunr's comment! Just been reading R4YL article on crosstraining. Read the bit on cycling again Jen and it will cheer you a little!
