Easy 35mins run at the oval this morning in order to stretch out my legs after their beating at the hands of the Tiger yesterday. It wasn't easy at all - I woke up tired & dehydrated & the whole session was, quite simply, a grind.
Still, it's done. 5.67kms in 36:53mins (aver 6:30min/km)
MTD: 59.67kms

I aways find it hard work the day after a session with the Tiger. The next day you feel great though!
Interestingly, I'm never hungry for up to 2 hours after a run, and never eat either unless I've just raced a half or longer. It hasn't killed me yet.
Never enjoy food if I'm not hungry, except when I rehydrate with red fluids derived from grapes.
I can sooooo relate to the "grind".
