Really struggled to get up this morning - it was cold and I stayed up late (or should that be early) watching the TdF (Lance was on his way to the yellow jersey, how on earth could I sleep!)
Spin class with the Satanic Spin Instructor this morning (30mins). Another tough class in which I really struggled (which was pretty unusual - although I find SSI's classes tough, I've never really struggled before). Also never before have I felt like throwing up during/after a spin class. I did this morning. Not sure why. The lack of sleep probably didn't help.
Weight sessions with Satan at 2pm. A tough session of glute/hammy (3 sets), back and chest exercises. I felt very flat, weak and lethargic during today's session but strangely the reps & weights didn't reflect that. Need sleep I think.
Shins have pulled up well this morning - will ice them again tonight just to make sure - so it looks like I'm off to RunClub tomorrow night.

I've resigned myself to watching the highlights at 6pm - I just can't stay awake that late at night to watch it live. Oh well - highlights are better than nothing!
You go for it Jen, some interval training will be a good addition to your programme. I find them hard but my times are definately improving.
