Walk this way

With another long lunch with clients and dinner with my folks tonight, my only opportunity for exercise today was my now-standard Monday morning walk to work (1hr 2mins - approx. 8kms) (a weekly 8am meeting makes any other form of exercise a logistical nightmare!). A slightly cool albeit stunning sunrise this morning. A glorious way to start the day (though I hope it is a little warmer on Sunday morning...)

Edit: 1 week and 1kg down; 1kg to go. I know its largely fluid and very little fat, but still - who doesn't like to see the scales go down ??
