Finally a much needed sleep-in this morning (funny how 6.30am is now considered a sleep-in) followed by 30mins of stretches.
Went to gym at lunch for my VMO/glute exercises (3 exercises; 3 sets; 20 reps) and glute/ITB stretches. After getting back to the office from the gym, I posted this comment on the CC Half thread late this afternoon:

Program: 300m warm-up; 5 x 50m L2.5 w 15sec recovery; 10 x 50m sprints (25m hard/25m easy) w 15sec recovery; 200m L2; 150m cool down
Thanks to CJ for the program. An enjoyable yet tough session - made even tougher by the DOMS in my shoulders, arms & back after my weights session with Satan on Wednesday. Feeling really stuffed now. It will be interesting to see how I back up during my weights session with Satan tomorrow. Now to sleep :-)
