I'm getting used to these sleep-ins now ;-) Crawled out of bed after heading out for a few drinks after the Brumbies-Tahs match last night (go the Tahs!)
20mins easy/recovery run around the oval today. Nice. Calves & left quad are a bit tight but nothing that some ice & stretching won't fix. Really looking forward to Wednesday's return to the trail again *yippee*
Now, where did I put those chocolate chip hot cross buns?

Thanks for the hints on my blog Jen. I've now dropped the fitball squats from my routine as they mean bending and straightening the leg. I'll talk to the physio tomorrow about other stuff.

I thought all the choc chip ones would have been gone by Sudnay lunch. Yes it was coll around the basy on Sunday but I was finished by 7.30 and back home. Looks liked that shared Bay run is not far off. Wise decision to take the recovery slowly and wisely.
