Killer quads....

Flew back from Dubbo this morning so no exercise but no sleep-in either today.

Headed to the gym tonight but a great lower body weights session (40mins) followed by 15mins of stretching. Another good, tough session. Again, I increased the weight on the squat press but I think it's time to ask Satan for another lower body program. Dare I say it but this one (even with increasing the weight almost each week) is getting a little easy...
