Not much to report this week - I've been flat this week. Not sure why. Just very tired.
Monday saw the usual 1.2km swim. I can see (feel?) my speed during the 25m efforts starting to return.
Then today I met Sonia for a walk in the Glenbrook National Park, exploring a part of the park neither of us had been to (which is almost hard to believe given how much time we have both spent in there over the years). It was well worth it - a walk down along the Jack Evans Track to Erskine Creek...
A perfect place for a swim on a hot today. Unfortunately today wasn't it - a storm rolled in (quickly) whilst we were down in the gorge which sent us climbing back up out of the gorge in the pouring rain.
A shorter walk than I had planned but after the rain, a cool breeze picked up & we were both getting cold. Just nice to get back in the bush again. 12.4km. 2:57
