"Just keep going" is the rule that must be followed if you want to be successful at anything.
Your success will always be connected with your actions. Just keep moving towards your goal.
You'll make mistakes along the way but don't ever quit. You will notice that you will have to hang on after others around you have let go.
Persistence means hanging in there and overcoming every obstacle and doing all that is required to reach your goal.
In the end, the only people who do decide to not make it are those that do not "keep going".
All great achievements in your life take time.

Weight trainning is not that bored as you said in the past post. In fact is a great challenge acomplishing those chin ups...
