A return to Satan

Activity: weights with Satan
Time: 2pm
Duration: 30mins
Mood/energy: felt flat, tired and sore today
ITB report: sore

A really tough session today which left my arms and quads feeling like jelly. My strength levels seem to be returning very quickly. A circuit consisting of:
* full push ups on the Smith machine (almost horizontally)
* reverse dumbbell flyes
* a new circus trick - kneeling on a swiss ball whilst doing lat raises with dumbbells (yikes)
* crunches (both normal and obliques)
* squats focusing on VMO,
repeated 4 times.

More ITB stretches and rolling pin and golf/tennis ball rolling exercises tonight.

Will go for an easy swim tomorrow to see how I'm recovering from my little (!) cough. Hopefully I'll be able to do a tougher session on Thursday. The lack of cardio exercise is starting to get on my nerves..

Ohmigawd - kneeling on a swiss ball and doing lat raises. jen I'm impressed!!! Injuries are literally pains in the bum (me) or knee/ITB, in your case!
