I love this -
There can be no courage when there is no confidence or self belief.
Half the battle is won in your own conviction that you can accomplish what you begin.
Confidence does not come out of nowhere. It is the result of constant work and dedication.
Day by day, step by step, one stroke at a time, you will find yourself accomplishing things easily and confidently.
It is then that you'll achieve things that you never thought you could do.
Have a great Saturday everyone!

I like that one Jen. I'm sure my biggest challenges are mental rather than physical!
very true.
Love it!, though I'd change the first line to "...when there is no confidence or belief..."
"Day by day, step by step, one stroke at a time..." - that's the crux of the whole thing, isn't it :-)

Very true!!! Mine is usually all mental... talk myself out of anything!
See you tommorow!
Good ones, Jen, thanks!
Have a nice weekend too!!
So true. You really have to work hard to earn confidence, and work harder to keep it, because it can be gone in an instant.
Long live Mizunos! :( about no red ones. I find them so comfortable and mine are a fairly light model but still get pretty good mileage. Have you seen my dream racing flats in an entry from a few days ago? Red Mizuno racing flats! Either those or the latest Asics DS racers are red too (also on my blog).
