A day off work so a bit of a sleep-in before heading to the gym for a(nother) upper body weights session:
Activity: weights
Time: 9am
Duration: 45mins
Mood/energy: a bit flat & tired
ITB: pretty good
The same upper body weights circuit that I did on Wednesday consisting of:
* reverse flyes, bench
* single arm cable row, standing
* dumbbell bicep curls
* single arm tricep extensions, lying
* lat pulldowns; and
* internal/external rotations, cable,
repeated twice followed by 25mins stretching. I increased the weights on both the reverse flyes and the single arm cable row so it was a really tough, but good session.
A swim tomorrow morning to finish off the year - and to burn off a few calories in preparation for tomorrow nights festivities !
