Another blond moment...

Instead of doing a session with Satan tonight, I ended doing a yoga class. Why? Because I wrote the wrong time in my diary. Grrrr.

To make matter's worse, it was a really bad yoga class. I almost got up & left. The instructor wasn't good & I spent most of it looking at my watch which is something I never do. Can't believe they ditched my beloved spin classes for bad yoga classes. Grrrr. Anyhoo, it's done...off for a run on my beloved trail in the morning :-)
